Acceptable Use Policy
Arabic is the legally binding version per Saudi law.

This policy defines acceptable and prohibited uses of the Jabr platform.
1. Acceptable Uses
Jabr may be used for: recording accurate and real financial data for your business; issuing invoices and preparing financial reports; filing tax declarations with ZATCA; collaborating with licensed CPAs and auditors; and lawful accounting purposes across all business sectors.
2. Prohibited Uses
- Financial manipulation: Entering false or misleading data for tax evasion or fraud
- Money laundering: Passing funds of illegal origin through the platform
- Terrorism financing: Any transactions linked to terrorism or banned organizations
- Privacy violations: Uploading financial data of third parties without their consent
- Technical intrusion: Attempting to breach or reverse-engineer the platform
- Automated scraping: Using bots or automated tools to extract data
- Reselling: Selling access to the platform to third parties
- AI abuse: Generating harmful or misleading content via the AI assistant
3. Responsible Security Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to: security@jabr.sa. We do not tolerate exploitation of vulnerabilities. We appreciate security researchers who disclose responsibly.
4. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this policy may result in: immediate account suspension or termination; reporting to relevant regulatory authorities where required; and claims for damages.
