Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines permitted and prohibited use of Jabr, its APIs, integrations, and AI features.
1. Permitted Use
- Manage lawful accounting and business data the business has a right to process.
- Issue documents and prepare reports, calculations, and reviews for the business.
- Collaborate with team members and professionals selected by the business.
- Connect authorized applications and services within granted scopes and limits.
2. Prohibited Use
- Fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, tax evasion, or misleading records.
- Personal-data processing without a lawful basis or infringement of others' rights.
- Compromising the service or bypassing permissions, consent controls, plan limits, or release controls.
- Scraping, excessive automation, service disruption, or malicious code.
- Sharing passwords, tokens, or API keys, or reselling access without written agreement.
- Using AI or MCP to bypass entry approval or perform a sensitive operation without authorization.
3. Enforcement and Security Reports
Jabr may rate-limit requests, disable a token or integration, or suspend an account for breach or risk. Report vulnerabilities responsibly to info@jabrhq.com. Do not exploit a vulnerability or access data that is not yours.
